You must use Rowform lawfully and must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

2. Accounts and content

You are responsible for your account, your form content, your instructions to Rowform, and the legal basis for information you collect. You must provide appropriate notices to respondents and avoid requesting information that you are not permitted to collect.

3. Plans and paid features

Rowform offers free and paid features. Current plan details are published on the pricing page. Paid features can include branding controls, custom domains, team features, and advanced analytics. Plan availability and pricing may change for future purchases.

4. Privacy and processing

Rowform handles personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and subprocessor list.

5. Service changes and availability

Rowform may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the available account or support process. Any refund rights are governed by the purchase terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
